Raising the Imperial across forever in a momentum

It was a night to remember.

A big double headliner featuring the flower kings from Sweden who’ve been around for a while displaying their joyful and pretty much long pieces of music all other.

Tonight was no exception with (as you can see with the set list) pretty much all of the epic pieces of the current and past albums being played (sometimes abridged of course since the set was 1H30 time) with great prowess (though Hass seemed a little rough on the voice)

After that , finally the Neal Morse band came to France (and Paris) for a 1H30 set also featuring of course Randy George on bass and the over present and still much loved Mike Portnoy on drums, literally stealing the show.

Neal, touring with the momentum managed to get all on track with good and (how surprising) long songs including a medley for what I consider one of his best album ‘ ?’

Neal even took a stroll amidst the public- much to their joy- and keep pumping incredible energy throughout the show.

Then came the encore which started with Roine Stolt (supporting one and the worst orange stripped jacket ever ^^) coming for a duo with Neal on ’bridge across forever’

But.. but it is Transatlantic stuff… wait we have Neal, Roine, Mick… missing Pete it was obvious we could not get away with it without a 30 minutes medley of transatlantic, featuring at first the incredible Jonas on bass, replaced with Randy after a while.

But in the end the whole Flower kings and half the Neal Morse Band was there, chanting, playing loud in an apocalyptic finale making this evening truly unforgettable.
